Production Assistant
£12.71 per hour, Burgess Hill, Hours: Mon 8:00-4:30, Tue-Thu 8:00-5:00, Fri 8:00-3:00, Full-time, Permanent, 20 days holiday rising to 25 after 1 year, Uniform provided, Free parking, Christmas shutdown.
The Role
We are seeking a Production Assistant to join a small, family-owned business specialising in the manufacture and supply of vehicle graphics for commercial and emergency sectors. This is a hands-on role within the production team, offering full training and excellent scope for progression into digital and application departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Using in-house design software to create accurate drawings for livery kits
Operating flatbed cutting equipment (full training provided)
Assisting with kit assembly and packing for dispatch
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality throughout production
Supporting colleagues across departments when required
Requirements
Previous experience in a production environment is desirable, but full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
This role could suit someone who has worked as a Graphics Technician, Production Operative, or Design Assistant.
