Job title: Factory Operative
Location: Hythe (must drive and have your own transport due to location)
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm (may be required to work Fridays during peak periods)
Salary: £12.80 per hour / £25,292.80 per annum

Operate production machinery and equipment to manufacture parts.
Utilise hand-held tools and power tools to manufacture.
Assist in handling of materials and finished products.
Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.
Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
Accurately assemble components.
Assist with the packing and labelling finished goods.
Complete basic production documentation.Essential skills and experience:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail
A good work ethic
Ability to work in a busy environment
Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
