Interim Executive Assistant - Immediate Start
6‑Month Contract | Hybrid | Bristol
A client we are working within in Bristol is looking for an experienced Interim Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior leadership over the next six months. This is an immediate‑start role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can hit the ground running.
You'll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring priorities are delivered smoothly and on time. This role blends classic EA responsibilities with project coordination and stakeholder communication, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage diaries, inboxes, and meeting logistics for senior leaders
Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
Support projects, deadlines, and operational priorities across the organisation
Liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow‑up actions
Provide flexible administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operationsWhat We are Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator
Ability to start immediately and commit to the full six‑month contract
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confident communicator who can build relationships quickly
