We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a residential construction project for our client in Newark. Key Responsibilities

Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations

Assist in coordinating subcontractors and site activities

Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards

Help maintain high levels of health, safety and environmental compliance

Monitor quality control in line with NHBC and project specifications
-
Assist with site reporting, inspections, and progress tracking
-
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders on site
Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a construction environment, ideally residential
-
Relevant construction qualification or working towards one
-
CSCS Card essential
-
SMSTS or SSSTS desirable
-
Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
