We have amazing opportunities for a CFO Delivery Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of prison and community rehabilitation. You’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of a vital service within custody and through the gate, leading and developing a skilled frontline team to support offenders into positive outcomes.
Working closely with prison leadership, probation, employers and community partners, you’ll drive performance, manage risk and safeguarding, and embed a collaborative, whole-prison approach that avoids duplication and maximises impact. You’ll shape referral pathways, broker employer relationships, ensure contract compliance and data quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—making a real difference to individuals’ lives while delivering strong results against ambitious targets.
Location: Southampton or Portsmouth (based on the successful candidate’s home location)
Salary: £34,000 - £41,000 per annum
We are looking for:

Experienced people leader with relevant IAG and/or management qualifications (or equivalent experience), and a proven track record of delivering results in target-driven environments.

Performance- and data-focused, able to use insight, systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage quality, risk and outcomes while driving continuous improvement.

Strong coach and motivator, skilled at supporting teams working with individuals with complex needs to progress into education, training and employment.

Values-led, resilient and collaborative, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the confidence to work effectively in criminal justice or similarly complex, high-pressure settings.
