Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term
Notes: Must have full UK Drivers License. Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS prior to starting.
Duties
- Travel to designated site to pick up vehicle; be able to travel throughout the district and surrounding areas using vehicle.
- Assist a team of trade operatives in carrying out their duties; this will involve the safe and timely transport of operatives, materials, and equipment to, from and between sites.
- Have a working knowledge of labouring duties within the building trade.
- Have practical labouring experience in a construction environment
- Clear sites before and after work has been completed ensuring that any waste removed from site is disposed of correctly and in accordance with council procedures.
- Have an understanding of environmental issues within the building trade
- Have the ability to carry out physically demanding work including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
