About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.

Manage bookings, schedule repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, job cards, and compliance documentation.

Maintain accurate records in line with company standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is highly desirable.
