In this role, you'll work closely with individual pupils who have complex needs, providing consistent, personalised support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored 1:1 support to students with complex SEN
Support pupils' engagement with learning and daily school life
Build strong, positive relationships based on trust and understanding
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and emotional regulation
Remain calm, patient, and confident when supporting challenging behaviourThe Ideal Candidate
Experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
