Full time: Monday – Friday - 40 hours per week

The role: Warehouse Team Leader
As the Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities within both the Dispatch and Goods In Department, as the role is multifunctional.
Key Responsibilities - Warehouse Team Leader

Overseeing all stages of the operational process and workflow, from receiving incoming deliveries to organising and storing goods within the warehouse

Ensuring safe and timely execution of processes accurately

Maintaining and ensuring all completed transactions are accurately recorded, and all products are correctly stored and clearly labelled

Utilising and maintaining warehouse management systems to track stock levels and locations

Enforcing safety and security protocols within the warehouse, to ensure own and safety of others

Implementing periodic stock checks
Required Skills and Qualifications – Warehouse Team Leader

Knowledge of warehouse management systems and confident in using Microsoft Word and Excel

A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a warehouse or team leader role

Forklift License – Bendi Truck/Counter balance are desirable but not essential

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle unexpected issues

Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring manual handling
