We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organised Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and communication while delivering a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key point of contact for clients, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors

Manage inbound calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

Provide regular job updates and progress reports to customers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date system records

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily workloads for engineers

Book appointments for smaller contracts and ad-hoc works
-
Complete helpdesk administrative tasks, including processing orders and spare parts

Raise purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors
-
Produce accurate invoices for completed works

Monitor KPIs and support SLA performance
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar coordination or FM environment is desirable

Good understanding of scheduling, workflows, and service delivery
-
Strong organisational and communication skills

Confident using office systems and scheduling software
-
Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
