Your new company
We are a nationally recognised public sector organisation with a proud history of transforming lives through education, innovation and community support. As we continue to modernise our digital and data landscape, the accuracy and reliability of our information has never been more important. We are strengthening our core data operations to ensure our support care systems remain trusted, well‑governed and ready for the future. This is where you come in. As we embed new standards and improve how data is managed across the organisation, we need someone who can keep our data flowing smoothly, consistently and with care.
Your new role
This is not just an administrative contract. It's a chance to become the operational heartbeat of our data function. You'll act as the first point of contact for data‑related queries, triaging requests, resolving straightforward issues and ensuring more complex problems reach the right experts. You'll help maintain data accuracy across key systems, support documentation updates, track actions and contribute to improving processes at source. From coordinating tickets and maintaining logs to supporting data governance activities, you'll play a central role in keeping our data organised, compliant and dependable. Your work will help reduce risk, improve user experience and strengthen the foundations of our data ecosystem.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring experience managing databases, maintaining data integrity and supporting users across CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. You're confident interpreting reports, updating records and following structured processes with precision. You understand GDPR principles, communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical colleagues, and thrive in a role where organisation, accuracy and responsiveness matter. You're proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while keeping standards high.
What you'll get in return
Alongside a competitive daily rate, you'll gain hands‑on experience within a collaborative, purpose‑driven organisation where data plays a critical role in service delivery. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to learning, improvement and excellence, and your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for the people we serve.
