Assistant Site Manager – New Build Housing
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package
Location: Banbury
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager on behalf of a highly reputable UK housebuilder delivering high-quality new build residential developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in volume housebuilding who is looking to progress their career within a well-structured business that genuinely invests in its people through clear career pathways and continued professional development.
The Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of a busy residential development, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time, to programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Assisting in the management of site operations from start to completion

Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site

Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Supporting quality control and NHBC/building regulation compliance

Assisting with build programmes and site reporting

Helping deliver homes on time and to customer satisfaction standards
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new build housing (essential)

Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards and H&S
-
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)

Ability to work well within a site management team

Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress to Site Manager level
