Description
Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory team.
Prepare and manage client documentation with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules effectively.
Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all processes.Profile
A successful Senior Administrator should have:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Financial Services.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial advisory processes and compliance requirements.Job Offer
