As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of our projects, ensuring all of our planned refurbishment projects are completed on time and in budget.

What are we looking for?

A proven Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has experience, ideally within the commercial refurbishment sector.

A degree in Quantity Surveying, or currently completing one

A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

Full UK's driving license
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with cost planning and cost reporting across multiple projects.

Tracking actual costs against budgets and forecasts.

Monitoring project spend and highlighting risks early to appropriate individuals

Assisting with subcontractor valuations and payments
