Humly is recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across primary and specialist school settings in Carlisle.
These roles focus on helping pupils access education in a structured, supportive and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis

Assisting with emotional regulation and engagement with learning

Following guidance from SENCOs and teaching staff

Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom

Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
What You’ll Bring

Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs

A calm, patient and resilient approach

Confidence adapting support strategies to individual needs

Strong communication skills
-
SEN or care-based experience is beneficial
