Job Title: Product Content & Customer Support Coordinator

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury brand for a meticulous and organised Product Content & Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure that all products are presented online with accurate images and descriptions across multiple websites and portals, maintaining the high standards of the brand.
You will also provide support to the customer service team as needed, helping to deliver the exceptional service that luxury customers expect.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with product compliance, specifications, or quality standards.
Desirable: experience updating websites or portals with product details.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard office environment.
Flexible and proactive, willing to assist the customer service team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and maintain accurate product images and descriptions across all digital sales channels and portals.
Ensure all product content meets compliance standards and internal specifications.
Assist the customer service team with enquiries and support tasks as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely updates. Benefits:
