Facilities Services Coordinator / Receptionist needed for a well-established Construction client! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a team in a widely-relevant industry, for a very reputable construction company.
The right candidate will have:
Experience in a Receptionist / Administration Role in the UK, ideally in a construction / civil engineering company but not essential
Be highly detailed orientated
Be organised and punctual
Good knowledge of GDPR and Cyber Security Processes
Strong Microsoft Office Experience

Location: Heathrow, West London
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
DUTIES:
Front facing for customers and clients, meeting & greeting visitors
Dealing with questions over the phone and in-person
Responsible for hard-copy and electronic filing
Dealing with expenses and other relevant paperwork
Receipts and invoices for deliveries
Placing orders for office supplies
Managing and booking supplier of services to the office
General Administrative duties
