An established organisation is currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join their busy administration team, following upcoming internal changes.
This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied position combining event coordination, customer service, and general office support. Full on-site training will be provided. You’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating events, including managing bookings, pricing, and allocation of resources
Handling diary management and travel arrangements within an event coordination setting
Managing customer enquiries and providing a high standard of service
Supporting multi-booking requests, tours, and bespoke arrangements
Assisting with general administrative duties across the department
Using internal accounting systems and supporting routine financial admin tasks
Ensuring accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail in all tasksAbout You:
Previous administrative experience is essential
Strong communication and customer service skills
Confident using IT systems and office software
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Some knowledge of accounting or finance systems would be advantageousWorking Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
