Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone with basic payroll knowledge looking to grow within a large organization offering excellent opportunities for development.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data, including starters, leavers, changes of details, attachment of earnings, and timesheets.
Maintain a daily checking folder with all documentation to allow for easy review of your work.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Manage filing, review incoming mail, and take appropriate action when required.
Address general payroll inquiries via phone, email, Jira, and/or letter in a professional and timely manner.
Accurately input variable payroll data in accordance with the monthly payroll timetable.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in inputting data accurately
Proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Enthusiastic, driven, and dedicated to achieving excellence.
High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and adjust priorities to meet deadlines.
