👶 The Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will:
Support children aged 0-5 in their learning and development
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Work collaboratively with nursery staff, parents, and carers
Observe, assess, and record children's progress
✅ Requirements:
A Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
