Production Operative (Temp to Perm)
Location: Upper Clatford, Andover
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:15
Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview
Our client is seeking 2-3 Production Operatives to join their team on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support the Production Manager and work across multiple departments to assist in the manufacture of high-quality office furniture product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the manufacture of private work spaces
Work across one or more production departments, including:
Aluminium shop
Powder coating
Wood shop
Assembly
Covering
Bespoke manufacturing
Quality assurance
Operate hand tools and heavy machinery such as pillar drills, chop saws, powder coating equipment, and milling machines (full training provided).
Skills & Experience Required
Previous manufacturing experience.
Experience in general manufacturing, machine operation, or hands-on assembly lines.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Benefits
