5* boutique Property Management firm requires a highly organised and a proactive Company Secretary to support their block management operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective company administration, compliance, and communication with directors, clients and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include acting as Company Secretary for resident management companies (RMCs) and freehold companies, preparing and circulating agendas, board packs and minutes for directors’ and AGM meetings, maintaining statutory registers, company records and Companies House filings, ensuring compliance with company law, lease requirements and regulatory obligations, liaising with directors, leaseholders, managing agents, accountants and legal advisers, managing correspondence, assisting with onboarding new directors and company appointments/resignations, supporting property block management teams with administrative matters, and handling general office administration. The Company Secretary should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in property block management or a similar property-related role, previous experience in a company secretarial or governance support role, a strong understanding of RMCs, RTMs, and property management structures, excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and accuracy, be IT literate and have the ability to manage multiple companies and deadlines efficiently
