Our client in Cardiff is recruiting for a Health, Safety & Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
We are looking for someone with excellent administration experience, excellent computer skills, and someone who is keen to develop with lots of opportunity for promotion.
This is a key role, ensuring that health and safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements are maintained across the business.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining health, safety, and compliance records
Supporting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Monitoring and reporting on compliance across the business
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulations are met
Supporting training programmes related to health, safety, and complianceWhat we're looking for:
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams
Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance legislation is preferred, but training can be provided
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectivelySalary & Benefits:
