Amour Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Production Operative to join our wonderful client based in Denemad, Hampshire.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is practical, mechanically minded, and takes pride in producing a high-quality product.
Key Responsibilities

Supporting the day-to-day running of production operations

Setting up machinery, managing changeovers, and end-of-run tasks

Carrying out quality checks and ensuring standards are met

Cleaning and maintaining production equipment and work areas

Troubleshooting issues and carrying out basic mechanical adjustments

Assisting with routine maintenance and continuous improvement
-
Working collaboratively with the wider production team

Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
About You
-
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
-
Background in food, drink, FMCG, or packaging preferred
-
Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable working independently and using initiative
-
Good attention to detail and organisation
-
Competent IT user (Microsoft Office)
-
Forklift licence beneficial (or willingness to train)
-
Positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
