Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting pupils in class to stay engaged and access learning
- Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions
- Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times
Pay & Hours
- £88.95 - £105 per day (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, term-time only
- Typical hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
What We're Looking For
- Graduates or aspiring educators passionate about working with children
- Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient individuals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An interest in behaviour support, inclusion, and SEND
- Experience working with children or young people (school, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, or similar) is highly desirable
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
