Our client is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their busy and well-established transport team based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of transport operations and supporting drivers, planners, and management.
This position would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the transport and logistics team
Debriefing drivers
Inputting and maintaining accurate transport and delivery data
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Supporting compliance tasks (tachograph, driver hours, vehicle records where required)
General office and admin duties as required
Skills & experience required
Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or administration role (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
