Are you a highly organised and proactive professional looking to support a senior leader in a well-established accountancy firm? We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client’s Partner & Chartered Tax Adviser. This pivotal Executive Assistant position ensures the Partner is well-prepared, informed, and supported in all aspects of their work.
The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include but are not limited to:

Manage and coordinate the Partner’s schedule, ensuring seamless meeting arrangements and logistics.

Prepare reports and presentations and maintain regular performance summaries.

Document action items, assign responsibilities, and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Manage the Partner’s inbox, draft correspondence, and assist with various administrative tasks and projects.

Optimise the Partner's calendar, prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Executive Assistant:

Experienced within a similar role.

Able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across departments.

Handles sensitive information with professionalism.
