We are currently recruiting a Labourer to work for a busy highways contractor, supporting site operations and maintaining welfare and compound areas. This role is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities

General maintenance of the site compound and welfare facilities

Housekeeping duties including sweeping, litter picking and gritting

Erecting signage and fencing as required

Basic welfare maintenance, including minor plumbing repairs

Monitoring and stock taking of site storage areas and notifying the site team when items require re-stocking

Driving a Ford Transit tipper to collect deliveries and move materials around site
-
Assisting the site team with general labouring duties as required
Requirements

Valid CSCS Labourer Card (essential)

Full UK driving licence – must be able to drive a Ford Transit tipper
-
Previous labouring experience, ideally within highways or civil engineering

Good attitude, reliable and able to work as part of a team

Own small hand tools would be advantageous but not essential
