Our client, based in Bordon, is seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join their busy team. This role would suit someone with strong administrative experience within a manufacturing or production-led environment, ideally with exposure to production planning and purchasing.

Providing administrative support to the sales team
Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
Liaising with production to support planning and scheduling
Assisting with purchasing activities, including raising purchase orders and supplier communication
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Handling customer queries and supporting day-to-day operationsSkills / Experience / Training Requirements
Previous experience in a Sales Admin or similar administrative role
Ideally some exposure to production planning and/or purchasing
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent IT skills, including MS Office
Due to the location, candidates must have access to their own transportOur Ideal Candidate
You will be reliable, well-organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A background in manufacturing or production-based businesses would be highly advantageous.
