Production Operative (Food Industry) – Temp to Perm
📍 Location: HX7 (Hebden Bridge area)
💰 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
🕓 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm
📅 Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Description:
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing company based in HX7. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
You will be working in a cold food production environment, assisting with the preparation, packaging, and quality control of food products.
Key Duties:

Working on a fast-paced production line preparing and packing food items

Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards

Following all health and safety procedures

Meeting daily production targets

Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping within the production area
Requirements:

Previous experience in food production or a similar environment (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work in a chilled environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
