Stafforce have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.
About the Role
You will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating
Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times
Finishing the components post coating using finishing processes
Cleaning and maintaining work are and equipmentPay: Starting £12.21 per hour,
Shift Schedule:
First 4 weeks: 08:00 to 16:00
After 4 weeks: Alternating weekly shifts:
Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
About You
Machining operations or manufacturing experience is required
Have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically
Be able to demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity
Have good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsWhat's in it for you
