Family run, established business who specialise in bespoke fashion accessories are seeking an experienced warehouse operative to join their small, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn a traditional trade in a modern environment as part of a busy team. Due to the nature of this sector, we are looking for a candidate who is used to a smaller warehouse environment and not from a large distribution/warehouse centre, this is mainly due to the nature of the products that will be handled.
Responsibilities:

Picking stock for orders

Packing orders

Keeping warehouse tidy

Stock checks

Use of in-house IT system (training will be provided)

Previous warehouse experience preferred (at least two years)

Ability to work on their own and as part of a team

The role will include heavy lifting and the majority of the day they will be on their feet

Computer literacy essential

Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a 45 minute lunch break

20 days holiday a year (plus bank holidays) with a maximum of 5 days used for our Christmas closure
