Customer Service Administrator
Location: Nelson
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Full-time, Mon – Fri, 9am-5pm (37hr week)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join a busy head office team as a Customer Service Administrator.
In this role, you will provide a national client base with a high standard of customer service, working closely with clients and field staff. You will also be responsible for completing administrative duties accurately and maintaining up-to-date records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a courteous and professional telephone service to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Become fully competent, through in-house training, in the use of company systems to meet customer requirements and share accurate information.

Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and processing documentation accurately.

Prepare, issue, and track invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing for customers and internal records.

Represent the company positively at all times in line with customer care standards.

Identify and resolve customer issues or escalate where appropriate.

Maintain clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, stored correctly, and accessible when needed.

Support the wider team as needed, contributing to a flexible and efficient delivery service.

Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role.
Experience

Experience working in a busy office environment - Essential

Experience balancing administrative duties while handling calls and emails - Essential

Experience in a high call-volume or customer service environment - Desirable
Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)

Competent in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
