Compliance Administrator
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently seeking a Compliance Administrator to join our busy team and support the smooth and efficient running of our operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-focused individual who thrives on ensuring compliance is maintained and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining documentation, systems, and compliance standards while supporting the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the service planner and book all routine maintenance
Ensure all maintenance paperwork is received, uploaded, filed, and completed to a high standard
Manage defect reporting, ensuring all defects are actioned and processes followed
Ensure all tyre work is completed in line with company procedures, keeping the re-torque register up to date
Maintain Tachomaster to ensure all drivers and vehicles operate legally
Ensure all vehicles have functioning forward-facing cameras in line with company process
Keep Key2 updated with all fleet changes and required documentation
Monitor Microlise reporting to manage driver behaviour and vehicle reporting
Support the Transport Manager in adhering to the maintenance policy and internal compliance audits
Ensure vehicle downloads are completed within recommended guidelines
Carry out gate checks in line with CDC Compliance audits
Keep the maintenance board updated, ensuring transparency of VORs and vehicle status
Manage vehicle hire and dehire processes, including inspections and documentation
Complete daily walk-around yard checks as part of OPS64 requirements
