T&K Associates have an opportunity for an Assembly Operative to join our Client in Ashby-de-la-Zouch on a temporary on going basis.
This position would be working for an established Company who have a friendly working environment.
Assembly Operative Job Details & Benefits;
- £12.50 per hour

- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-1pm

Assembly Operative Role and Responsibilities include;
- Assembling products including cabling and wiring
- Final assembly of cases (mechanical and electrical)
- Using hand tools
- Reading from a work sheet and following instructions
- Inspecting the product and carrying out safety testing
- Placing labels onto product
- Basic soldering
- All other associated tasks as required
Assembly Operative Person Specification;
- Previous experience within an assembly role is preferred however full training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce high quality work and work from drawings
- Dextrous and able to work on small products
