My client, an established business within the utilities industry, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team in a full-time, permanent role paying up to £26,800. The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of designated client portfolios, providing a complete end-to-end service covering all aspects of utilities management. This role requires excellent organisation, strong attention to detail, and confident communication with both clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day administration of allocated client portfolios

Liaising with clients and utility suppliers to maintain strong working relationships

Recording, submitting, and chasing meter reads with suppliers

Managing and resolving missing meter reads
-
Accurately recording meter reads on the Meter Read Spreadsheet and internal systems

Submitting, validating, and recording invoices accurately on internal systems

Requesting, tracking, and documenting information clearly and accurately

Delivering a full end-to-end utilities management service
