Our busy client, The UK's Number One Online Bearings and Seals Supplier, is currently looking for a reliable Sales Administrator to support their team and ensure smooth operations.
This will be an on-going position on a temporary basis to provide illness cover for 4-6 weeks, possibility to be extended.
The successful candidate will join an excellent working environment with a great team and supportive senior management.
Work Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday
9.30 am-5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
The core responsibility for this role will be raising and managing Purchase Orders. As the individual develops in the position, there may be opportunities to take on additional duties, depending on their performance and length of time in the role.
- Processing purchase orders for account customers
- Engaging with a wide range of customers either by telephone or electronically
- Providing UK and International Sales support
- Resolving UK and International sales enquiries received via telephone or electronically
- Preparation and processing of UK and International sales quotes and sales orders
- Dealing with customer returns/exchanges
- Dealing with carrier claims
- Dealing with eBay orders
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask whilst remaining customer focused
- Ability to build a good rapport with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate with the ability to show excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working within a sales environment
- A good technical ability would be ideal, however full training will be provided
