Customer Success Manager (SaaS)

Manchester (3 days per week office, 2 days per week home)
This is a customer success role, to work for an award winning software business who have just received large scale investment from 2 private equity groups.
Based in Manchester city centre, close to Piccadilly station, they have a unique 3D SaaS platform, used by businesses in Engineering, Automotive, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Aerospace sectors, to help consolidate and optimise their supply chains.
As a Customer Success Manager you will manage the after-sales journey for 15 key customers, with an emphasis on onboarding, adoption and training. You will be part of a customer success team of 3 and you will work together to achieve the team retention target, as well as ensuring you hit your individual targets. You will be led and mentored by a CRO with a wealth of experience scaling SaaS sales and marketing teams.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:

3+ years' customer success experience in SaaS, with strong onboarding skills.

A demonstrable track record of target v achievement
