Accounts Administrator - part time
3 hours per day - office based

£12.30 per hour approx £9594 per annum
The Accounts Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations,
managing supplier, customer transactions, and ensuring accounting data is updated in Sage.
Key Responsibilities:

Input debits/credits for all bank accounts into Sage.

Process supplier invoices.

Update online payments balance sheets (GBP & USD).

Perform month-end reconciliation and prepare financial statements.

Verify supplier invoices and match statements.

Plan end-of-month supplier payments.

Send customer statements twice a month.

Update supplier price changes in Sage

Update price increases in Sage, as required (usually once a year)

Complete VAT returns.
Skills & Attributes:

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.

Organised and able to multitask.

Strong communication skills.

Prior experience of Sage 50 - preferred
This position is part time working approx 15 hours per week, this may increase down the line.
