šThe Role You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of advisers, ensuring a seamless client experience and efficient back-office processes. The firm has a positive, growth-oriented culture and values individuals who can take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to multiple financial advisers
- Manage new business processing, valuations, and policy administration
- Maintain accurate client records on the CRM system
- Liaise with clients and providers to ensure efficient case progression
- Prepare review packs, illustrations, and documentation for client meetings
- Work closely with paraplanners and advisers to deliver excellent client outcomes
š§ Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years' experienceĀ in financial planning administration (essential) * Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection processes
- Confident communicating with clients and providers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable)

- Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
- Bonus Scheme: Company-wide, typically up to £2,000
