Overview:
We’re looking for skilled Multi-Trade Operatives to work on internal refurbishments of social housing properties. This includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, flooring, minor tiling, plastering, and general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Joinery tasks (e.g. hanging doors, installing windows, etc.).

Basic plumbing repairs and installations.

Flooring, tiling, plastering, and minor property works.

Full kitchen and bathroom refits.

Ensure properties are ready for re-letting, working to high standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-trade roles, with a focus on joinery and plumbing.

Ability to complete a range of trades, including carpentry, tiling, and basic plumbing.

Previous experience with void properties is a plus.

Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Own tools and PPE preferred (can be discussed).
-
Full driving license is desirable.
