Temporary HR Administrator - Education Establishment
📍 Location: BD5 (Parking available onsite)
⏰ Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible start and finish times
💰 Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.25 per hour
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, with the potential to extend.
Please note you will be required to have an in date Enhanced DBS for this position. We can process one if successful.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide HR transnational support across the team
✅ Manage recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and arranging interviews
✅ Handle on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
✅ Assist with HR administration tasks and maintain accurate records
✅ Potential involvement in payroll processes (training provided; prior experience not required)📌 Requirements:
Previous HR experience in a similar role
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
