The Role
We are currently seeking a professional, welcoming Front of House Receptionist to support a prestigious car dealership in Teesside on a temporary basis. This role is to start immediately and will initially run for at least one month, with strong potential to extend until Christmas or possibly become permanent for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end, professional customer experience and representing the brand to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and accurately
Greeting customers and visitors with a warm, professional manner
Maintaining a polished, organised, and welcoming reception area
Providing general administrative support to the wider dealership team
Communicating confidently with clients to ensure a premium customer experienceAbout You
Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role
Professional, well-presented, and confident in a luxury brand environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily
Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressureHours & Pay
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 6:00pm or 1:00pm - 6:00pm
