Cleaning Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Hailsham| Shifts: 07:30 - 15:30

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our client in Hailsham. This is an important role where you will be maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a commercial site. You will be responsible for ensuring that all allocated areas are cleaned to the required standards, creating a safe, presentable, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients.
This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, and the ability to work efficiently within agreed schedules. You will follow site‑specific cleaning routines, use approved cleaning methods and materials, and adhere strictly to health and safety procedures at all times.
You'll be responsible for:
Cleaning offices, communal areas, toilets, and kitchens
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and emptying bins
Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
Following health & safety and site procedures at all times
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to site management

Requirements:
Right to work in the UK.

Reliable and punctual.
Previous experience in a similar role
Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
Own transport is essential due to the client's location.
