Role: Customer Quality Administrator
Location: Lincoln
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: £15.67 PAYE
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of customer satisfaction survey requests (utilizing tools such as (url removed))
Coordinate follow-up actions from customer satisfaction survey requests.
Help prepare presentations.
Oversee the creation, revision, and management of documents and instructions
Analyze customer data to generate insights and recommendations that enhance business performance
Drive process development and continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
Liaise with Third Party Survey Provider on a regular basis for problem solving issues.

Proven experience in business administration, customer quality, or a related field.
Strong stakeholder management skills across business units and the wider Siemens Energy environment
Collaborative mindset and motivation to work within a team to achieve excellence
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Applications
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Openness to applying AI solutions to business challenges and improving productivity
Strong interest in customer management and a customer-focused approach
