We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in schools across Luton.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access learning, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
The Role:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Assisting students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support learning and behaviour
Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based or similar)
A calm, patient, and caring approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
