Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a history of delivering successful interior fit out projects across the Midlands?
Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, regional interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Nottinghamshire office. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role, in delivering projects to an incredibly high standard, to budget and meet critical deadlines.

Prior experience delivering successful interior fit out projects as a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Degree in Quantity Surveying

Strong commercial awareness, especially ordering and taking off materials.

Full UK's driving license
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on design briefs or early-stage drawings.

Provide cost planning advice to ensure designs are financially feasible

Prepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers

Analyse and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations
