Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to elderly service users. The successful candidate will work closely with individuals to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting elderly clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting

Supporting with mobility, meals, and daily activities

Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour

Providing emotional support and companionship

Following care plans and health & safety procedures

Working effectively as part of a care team
Requirements:

Previous experience working in elderly care within the UK

A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Good understanding of care standards and safeguarding

Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to care

Good communication skills in English

Right to work in the UK
