Our client, a leading organisation in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Van Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their team in Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity for someone over 25 years old, with a clean driving licence, to kick-start a rewarding career!
What You'll Do:
Safely operate a company van for deliveries to prestigious locations, including Heathrow and Gatwick airports, as well as central London.
Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure the warehouse remains organised and efficient, contributing to a smooth logistics process.
Flexibility is key! You may occasionally need to adjust your schedule for container deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
Previous warehouse experience is essential.
A CLEAN driving licence is a must (no endorsements or convictions) to meet our insurance requirements.
Applicants must be over 25 years old to drive our company van.
Previous experience driving a van in London is a plus!
A background check will be required for obtaining an Airport ID to work in security-restricted areas.
Forklift qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
What We Offer:
Starting Salary: £25,486 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (8.5-hour days, with flexibility for container deliveries) Why Join Us?
