Our client is seeking a Branch Administrator to play a key role in supporting the Branch and Sales Managers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you’ll be at the heart of the business, working closely with colleagues across departments. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone detail-driven, adaptable, and keen to be part of a friendly and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PA support to the Branch and Sales Managers
Manage incoming calls and operate the branch switchboard
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
Deliver comprehensive administrative support across the branch
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation
Complete daily cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
Maintain accurate sales records and update internal databases
Support the sales team with events and trade shows
Carry out monthly stock checks on domestic products
Promote clear and effective internal communication

Comfortable liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels
Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information
Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
